Shipping & Returns
Orders placed within Australia and from Overseas are shipped via one of two options; Standard Parcel with Tracking and signature or Express Parcel with Tracking and signature. You can view live status of your delivery via our Track Order service accessable via the Home Page link.
All orders are despatched from our retail store via AusPOST e-Parcel with delivery tracking sent to your email address supplied with your transaction.
All orders are despatched within 24 hours of your purchase during business hours on the provision that stock is available. In the event that an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible regarding lead time on supply.
Typical delivery times within Australia are 3 - 5 business days depending on your location & selected postage method, with some remote regions incurring additional delivery time.
Moroka 30 is not responsible for any third party losses including lost or stolen parcels. Shipping insurance can be purchased for high value items for a small fee. Please contact us prior to shipping to add insurance to your order. Carrier compensation for lost parcels is at the discretion of the carrier, Moroka 30 is not liable or responsible for lost or damaged goods in the process of shipping.
International orders are shipped via AusPOST Standard or Express Air Freight with parcel tracking. Typical delivery times for most international zones are 6 - 10 business days, with some regions incurring additional delivery times.
Delivery rates are calculated automatically based on order item/s size, weight, delivery destination and service selected in accordance with AusPOST standard rates and charges.
All goods purchased from this site are based on firm sale. We cannot accept the return of goods for refund if you simply change your mind. We will replace items if they are found to be broken or have a manufacturers default within 14 days of the date of dispatch and must be returned in their original condition. You are also entitled to receive a refund if the item is significantly different than the description. Faulty goods must be returned for exchange within 14 days, in which case we will pay the postage, or after 14 days, general warranty procedures apply and postage must be paid by the owner. If we send the wrong item we will pay for return postage and postage of the correct item.
