All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A 10% goods and services tax applies for customers within Australia, with all international orders exempt from GST. Delivery charges are extra and are calculated automatically based on your delivery location and the weight of your products ordered. All products, specials and ETA information on this site may change at any time without notice.

By accepting these terms and conditions the purchaser acknowledges that at the time of purchase they are over the age of 18 years. Any orders placed and accepted by Moroka.30 will be deemed to be by persons over the age of 18years. Should Moroka.30 suffer any damage or losses associated or related to or as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Moroka.30 reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who transacted with Moroka.30.

Returns Policy

All goods purchased from this site are based on firm sale. We cannot accept the return of goods for refund if you simply change your mind. We will replace items if they are found to be broken or have a manufacturers default within 14 days of the date of dispatch and must be returned in their original condition. You are also entitled to receive a refund if the item is significantly different than the description. Faulty goods must be returned for exchange within 14 days, in which case we will pay the postage, or after 14 days, general warranty procedures apply (see below) and postage must be paid by the owner. If we send the wrong item we will pay for return postage and postage of the correct item.

Refund Policy:

If we are unable to replace an item a credit note or refund will be issued at the buyers request. All refunds will be issued via original payment method. No refunds will be offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds after 14 days.

Exchange Policy:

There is no problem with exchanging an item for a different colour, size or equivalent model, as long as you pay the postage, the item is in its original unmarked packaging, and you return the item within 7 days of despatch.

General Warranty Procedures:

All products are covered by manufacturers warranty, however Moroka.30 realises the extreme conditions that its products can sometimes be subjected to, therefore a throrough inspection of the item needs to be undertaken by Moroka.30 staff to approve the validity of any warranty claim.Proof of purchase is required and your tax invoice will act as proof of purchase.

If you have a warranty request we are at your service to arrange as prompt as possible the repair of your precious goods. Contact us within Australia for warranty service.If the goods are deemed to be faulty by manufacture then warranty will apply.

If the goods are deemed to be damaged through incorrect or excessive use and force then warranty will not apply and repair can be arranged at the the owners cost. After 14 days of purchase the return cost of postage will be paid for by the owner of the goods. After an assesment of the goods and if warranty applies, the goods will be repaired or replaced and return postage will be paid by Moroka.30. If a warranty claim is not valid, Moroka.30 will charge any applicable and associated expenses for time and costs with regard to that invalid warranty claim.

Please be aware if any repair work is undertaken by yourself or by an unauthorised repairer it will void any manufacturers warranty.

No warranty claims are transferable beyond the original purchaser of the goods. This also applies to bulk lots.

The warranty applies to the time of original product sale and is not extended for replacements.
